Store Hours Our team members work flexible schedules within our operating hours:
- Monday - Friday: 5:30 AM - 9:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 6:00 AM - 8:00 PM
What You'll Do
- Prepare handcrafted coffee, espresso, smoothies, teas, and specialty beverages.
- Deliver amazing customer service with a positive attitude and a genuine smile.
- Welcome every guest and create a fun, friendly, and memorable experience.
- Accurately take customer orders and process transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment.
- Work as part of a fast-paced team to provide quick and efficient service.
- Restock products and assist with daily opening and closing duties.
- Learn Scooter's Coffee recipes and quality standards through our training program.
- Friendly, outgoing, and positive personality.
- Customer service-driven with a passion for helping others.
- Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Previous coffee shop, restaurant, or retail experience is a plus-but not required. We'll train the right person!
- Competitive starting pay based on experience.
