Multi-Unit Manager

We are seeking a Multi-Unit Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing operations at two locations, for providing customers with a memorable dining experience and for promoting and protecting the Business Owner's interests.

1. Oversee administrative functions including but not limited to inventory, scheduling, store upkeep, and monthly marketing window execution
2. Recruit, hire, onboard and develop employees, including interviewing & training
3. Communicate job expectations to employees
4. Hold team members accountable for their behavior and performance, addressing concerns promptly
5. Support the development and retention of team members through observation and coaching
6. Create and maintain a "Guest First" culture in the restaurant
7. Ensure all shifts are appropriately staffed to achieve guest service goals, including covering shifts when necessary
8. Maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines and complying with all applicable laws
9. Ensure Business Owner & Baskin Robbins standards, recipes and systems are executed
10. Ensure restaurant is stocked to service customers needs, including store runs for milk and bananas and bank runs for change
11. Ensure clean restaurant standards are met and maintained
12. Help prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and guest service standards
13. Review guest feedback and restaurant assessment results and implement action plans to drive system improvements
14. Control costs to help maximize profitability, including appropriate staffing, waste, scoop size, inventory/ordering
15. Execute all in-restaurant marketing promotions in a timely manner
16. Execute new product roll-outs including team training, marketing and sampling
17. Drive sales goals and track results
18. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must have previous restaurant experience
• Must have excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be trainable and coachable
• Must be dependable and reliable
• Must have great attention to detail
• Must be punctual and hard-working.
