The Regional Operations Coordinator will oversee administrative, customer service, and logistics operations within a small team of 1-5 members. This role focuses on ensuring efficient regional coordination and maintaining clear communication channels among stakeholders, without requiring travel. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential for managing various operational tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage administrative, customer service, and logistics operations regionally
- Coordinate activities across the regional team to ensure smooth workflows
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders
- Liaise with stakeholders to address operational concerns and improve processes
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools to track, report, and streamline operational tasks

- 5+ years of experience in operations coordination
