Emergency Medicine Physician

Position Overview United Health Services is seeking a board‑certified or board‑eligible Emergency Medicine physician to join our Emergency Medicine Department. The position is based at the United Health Services Hospitals system, which includes UHS Wilson Medical Center, a Level II Trauma Center with a designated Stroke Center, and UHS Binghamton General Hospital, a full‑service hospital with a designated Crisis Center. The combined annual Emergency Department patient volume is approximately 60,000 visits. Our physicians have opportunities to teach residents and medical students from Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, and to participate in clinical research. Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation includes a base salary of $499,200, a highly competitive sign‑on bonus, annual bonus incentives, moving expenses, a robust retirement plan, extensive medical coverage and malpractice insurance. Location Binghamton, NY – about 2½ hours north of New York City and 1 hour south of Syracuse, NY.
