What You'll Own Daily operations of a high-volume, 12-chair shop Recruiting, onboarding, and developing barbers Building the schedule and keeping chairs full Inventory and product ordering Booking, POS, and staff management via Mangomint Equipment upkeep and a clean, sanitary, code-compliant shop Upholding CTC's standard on every cut, every client Where You Can Go Ground-floor opportunity.
