We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to build a seller-focused business by connecting with absentee property owners while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity provides a defined prospecting niche for an agent who wants to create listing opportunities through consistent outreach, relationship building, and purposeful follow-up.

You will learn how to identify and communicate with property owners who live outside the area, understand their goals, and become a valuable local real estate resource. Many absentee owners need reliable information about property values, market conditions, selling options, and what is involved in managing a sale from a distance.

Through regular prospecting and seller conversations, you will develop stronger skills in lead conversion, property analysis, listing consultations, pricing, negotiations, and client communication. You will also learn how to stay connected with owners who may not be ready to sell today but could become future listing opportunities.

Working alongside experienced real estate professionals, you will have access to coaching, proven systems, and accountability that help turn consistent activity into a growing pipeline. The focus is on becoming a trusted point of contact for absentee owners and developing relationships that can produce listings, repeat business, and referrals over time.

Compensation:

$160,000+ at plan

Responsibilities:

• Convert pre-qualified leads
• Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers
• Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure the growth of our customer base
• Price, stage, and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly
• Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
• Set appointments
• Sales talk mastery

Qualifications:

• Experience in real estate sales, with a focus on absentee property owners, is preferred.
• Ability to effectively convert pre-qualified leads into successful sales.
• Proven track record of conducting engaging and informative listing presentations.
• Strong communication skills to maintain timely contact with leads and clients.
• Ability to price, stage, and market homes to attract potential buyers efficiently.
• Experience in providing regular feedback to clients to enhance customer service ratings.
• Proficiency in setting appointments and managing schedules effectively to maximize productivity and client engagement.
• Real estate license required
