Pay Structure: Commission Per Job — NOT Hourly

About Simply Reflections
Simply Reflections is a growing professional exterior cleaning company specializing in residential and commercial window cleaning and pressure washing .
We are looking for experienced window cleaning technicians who take pride in their work, are dependable, and want the opportunity to earn based on performance.
IMPORTANT — COMMISSION-BASED POSITION
This is NOT an hourly-paid position.
Technicians are paid commission based on each completed job . Your earnings are directly connected to the amount of work you complete.
Experienced full-time technicians have the opportunity to earn approximately $1,000–$1,800+ per week , depending on jobs completed, schedule, performance, and workload. Earnings are not guaranteed.
This position is best suited for motivated technicians who prefer the opportunity to earn based on production rather than an hourly wage.
Responsibilities
- Residential and commercial window cleaning
- Interior and exterior window cleaning
- Professional pressure washing
- Traditional squeegee cleaning
- Water-fed pole cleaning
- Screen, track, and frame cleaning
- Safely operating ladders and working at heights
- Loading, transporting, and caring for equipment
- Traveling between customer properties
- Providing professional customer service
- Maintaining Simply Reflections' quality standards
- Completing jobs efficiently without sacrificing quality
- Communicating professionally with customers and management
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of professional window cleaning experience
- Previous experience working for a window cleaning or exterior cleaning company strongly preferred
- Pressure washing experience preferred
- Must know how to properly use a squeegee and professional window cleaning equipment
- Comfortable using ladders and working at heights
- Valid driver's license
- Must have reliable personal transportation
- Vehicle must be capable of transporting necessary equipment between jobs
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently
- Physically capable of carrying ladders, hoses, and cleaning equipment
- Comfortable working outdoors
