We are looking for a technician who can perform installation, repair, and maintenance on a variety of equipment including air conditioning, heating units, heat pumps, gas and oil boilers and oil & gas furnaces. This position requires a Connecticut Journeyman S2, B2, or a D2 license, excellent verbal and written communication, multi-tasking, organizational and time management skills.

What you'll actually be doing includes:

• Clean and service units on maintenance calls
• Troubleshooting and repairing heating and cooling equipment
• New installs & system replacements
• Perform system evaluations and explaining solutions clearly to homeowners
• Use a structured process that helps you succeed
• Deliver a professional experience that builds trust—and repeat business
• Assisting with duct cleaning and/or duct sealing

Job requirements include:

What you can expect to earn:

$73,000 – $100,000 yearly (based on experience and performance) Competitive hourly base pay with some very competitive bonuses and commissions.

Compensation: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
