Juniper is Growing! We are seeking a Landscape Nursery Foreman. The Landscape Nursery Foreman maintains and organizes the plant material needed for our landscape installation projects and oversees other nursery workers. Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee nursery workers and works side by side to complete daily work. Maintain trees, shrubs, and plant material in the nursery located at our landscape install branch. Unloading deliveries of plant material at the nursery. Organizing plant material within the nursery. Pulling the correct plants and materials for each landscape installation project. Hand-watering. Moving soil, equipment, and materials. General upkeep of the nursery. Using hand tools, power tools, and/or equipment to maintain and move plant material and supplies. Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Skills and Requirements: Prior supervisory experience. Landscape installation experience and plant material knowledge. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Must be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight). Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day. Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
