Job Summary:

We are seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join a supportive, community-focused dental practice dedicated to exceptional patient care and teamwork. The ideal candidate will provide preventive and periodontal care, educate patients on oral health, and support a positive patient experience in a flexible and collaborative environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver preventive and periodontal hygiene treatments to patients
• Support patients with oral health education and hygiene recommendations
• Perform digital x-rays and accurately document patient records
• Partner with the dental team to ensure excellent patient outcomes
• Maintain a welcoming, caring, and comfortable patient experience
• Work within a flexible schedule designed to support work-life balance

Education, Licensure, and Experience:

• Valid Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Team-oriented with a positive and compassionate attitude
• Experience with digital charting and x-ray technology preferred
