Cast AI, a cloud-native automation company, seeks a senior in-house counsel to own the commercial contracting lifecycle from new-logo deals to renewals. You will work with Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Compliance across the organization, with day-one oversight of APAC legal presence and a path to build contracting infrastructure for a multi-product platform. You’ll negotiate, draft, and guide NDAs, vendor and reseller agreements, and customer contracts while ensuring GDPR/CCPA #J-18808-Ljbffr CAST AI
