You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist clients with policy applications and renewals. Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of client interactions. QUALIFICATIONS Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred, but not mandatory. We will help with licensing. Please let us know if you are bilingual Spanish speaking. ABOUT OUR OFFICE Our office consists of 7 Licensed Agents with a combined 75 years of experience. Professional, friendly office that takes pride in having fun while helping clients with what's most important to them. Our agency has received awards including Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Senior Vice President's Club, and Crystal Excellence. I have been a State Farm agent since 2005. We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
