Assist clients with policy applications and renewals. Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of client interactions. QUALIFICATIONS Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred, but not mandatory. We will help with licensing.
