NTop Pay & Benefits: N Solo drivers: Earn up to 72 CPM - start up to 69 CPM + 4 CPM safety/service bonus NTeam drivers: Earn up to 84 CPM, split - start up to 81 CPM + 4 CPM safety/service bonus, split N$75 per layover NPay Protection for OTR drivers: $ 1,000 weekly gross must be available at least 7 consecutive days N100% no-touch freight NCompany drivers earnup to $2,000 in bonuses, paid out as you progress: N$500 after your 2nd week post-dispatch N$500 at 60 days N$500 at 90 days N$500 at 120 days NTeam drivers are eligible for the same bonus structure after upgrading to 1st seat status NAverage length of haul: Long OTR, longer for teams NFree rider program &no deposit pet policy NMedical, dental, vision, and life insurance are available for employees and their families N Additional Benefits: N Industry-leading retirement programs with matching 401(k) and free ESOP shares! N Route Details: NOur drivers typicallyonly run routes east of the Mississippi, meaning youll be home every 1 -2 weeks, depending on the freight! At PTL, you'll receive a long OTR length of haul, longer for teams. This means more time on the road earning and less time waiting at the shippers. NTo help keep your paymore consistent, we'll pay the portion of miles you've run up to the payroll cutoff time. Our company drivers earn base rate increases based on tenure AND every 50,000 miles with no cap!
