DDS/DMD from an accredited program Licensed or eligible for licensure

in the State of Montana Open to candidates at all experience levels, including those requiring

visa sponsorship (J-1 or H-1B) Compensation & Benefits

Base salary

ranging from

$210,000 to $250,000 Generous PTO package : 120 hours of vacation and 80 hours of sick leave annually 12 paid holidays , including New Year's Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Relocation assistance

of up to

$15,000 Continuing Education : $3,000 annual allowance plus

40 hours of paid CE time NHSC loan repayment eligibility Insurance & Retirement
