What You'll Be Doing

As an Entry-Level Sales Manager, you'll learn the business while developing the skills needed to lead, coach, and grow a successful team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Meeting with local business owners and their employees to introduce valuable supplemental benefits

• Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients

• Learning our sales process and leading by example in the field

• Developing the ability to recruit, train, and mentor new team members

• Working alongside experienced leaders to learn effective coaching and performance management

• Helping team members set goals, improve their skills, and achieve results

• Tracking team performance and identifying opportunities for growth

• Developing the communication, organization, and leadership skills needed to manage a team

As you gain experience and demonstrate your ability to lead, you'll have the opportunity to take on greater responsibility, develop your own team, and advance within the organization.
