Job Title: Recruiter Location: Columbus, OH Work Arrangement & Schedule: Onsite requirement. 5 days in office in Columbus, OH. Job Description We are seeking a Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in full-cycle recruiting, ATS utilization, and corporate recruiting and a proven ability to source, evaluate, and present qualified candidates while managing the end-to-end hiring process. Responsibilities Actively recruit for a wide variety of positions across functions. Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess qualifications and fit. Evaluate and present qualified candidates to hiring managers for review. Schedule interviews, facilitate feedback, and manage offers through acceptance. Required Skills & Qualifications Full-cycle recruiting experience with demonstrated requisition ownership. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and candidate databases. Corporate recruiting background with stakeholder management skills. 1-3 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills Travel recruiting experience. Experience supporting multiple requisitions and business lines. Role Insights Top candidate traits. Full-cycle recruiting, ATS proficiency, and corporate recruiting experience.
