Registered Nurse

About This Role We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate direct patient care to all of our populations. Location: 100% onsite position at our Chicago facility. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm. What You’ll Do Medication administration Nursing Assessments Measuring & recording vitals Phone triage Performing basic materials management functions to include ordering and stocking of supplies Recording patient history and medical findings Assisting providers with writing laboratory orders and retrieving results Assisting with the completion of medical documentation for patients and their families Coordinating with insurance companies for medication and diagnostic prior authorizations Assisting providers with prescription refills Provide support & assistance to the organization’s committees Provide support and assistance during crisis or emergency situations Who You Are Hold a ASN degree, BSN degree (preferred) or LPN Are a Registered Nurse with current licensure to practice in Illinois Are certified in Healthcare Provider CPR Have a minimum of 1 year of Hospital Experience (preferred) Have experience in mental health (preferred) Possess excellent therapeutic communication skills Benefits For eligible positions we offer comprehensive medical/dental/vision plans, 401k program with company matching, generous PTO (including competitive parental leave after 1 year of employment), and continuous training through CEU seminars and volunteering opportunities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
