Shop Manager Position at HFX Tire & Oil. Responsibilities Direct and control daily operations Evaluate daily operations Plan and organize daily operations Manage staff and assign duties Determine merchandise and services to be sold Implement price and credits policies Develop and implement marketing strategies Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses Determine staffing requirements Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages Conduct market surveys Maintain records of services provided and the effects of advice given Location Halifax, NS B3R 1X3 – On‑site Employment terms Permanent full‑time employment, 40 hours per week at $33.65 per hour. Flexible hours available. Starts as soon as possible. Qualifications Education: College, CEGEP or other non‑university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years; Business administration and management, general. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar field. Authorized to work in Canada. Supervision Manages a team of 3–4 people.
