Job Description
As a Carpenter on our team, you will contribute your skilled craftsmanship to a variety of commercial building projects. Working as part of a small crew, you will utilize both manual and power tools to ensure quality construction from framing to finish carpentry. This position requires hands-on work with an emphasis on safety, precision, and efficient site management, with no travel expected.
Responsibilities
- Perform framing and structural carpentry tasks
- Install cabinetry and finish carpentry elements
- Install drywall and flooring materials accurately
- Carry out roofing installations and repairs
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Take precise measurements to ensure material fit and quality
- Maintain clean and safe job sites
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional carpentry experience
- Proficient with carpentry tools and power tools
- Skilled in blueprint reading and construction mathematics
- Knowledge of safety procedures on construction sites
- Strong physical stamina and manual dexterity
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Effective time management capabilities
