SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Checks with Manager for daily objectives Inspectshost desk/area for proper cleanliness andconfirm supplies are all properly stocked Greet guests with a smile and deliver the welcomed message as trained by manager Seat guests usingOpentable, bringing proper menus and communicate to servers/bussersvia chit when necessary Maintains a clean and sanitary environment in compliance with all local and federal health codes Performs service,busserand runner duties as appropriate Must be willing to work in other disciplines within the department as directed by management UsesPOS accurately. Handles credit card transactions as directed Participate inupsellingstrategies as directed by management Participates in daily line ups Practicesservice standards and current training throughout service.
