Pediatric Emergency Medicine / Pediatric Urgent Care Physician | Up to $10K Sign-On Bonus

PM Pediatrics is actively expanding and looking for additional PEM physicians and pediatricians with urgent care experience to join our team; which includes over 60 PEM providers. Under the guidance of the Medical Director, physicians are responsible for evaluating and providing evidence-based treatment to pediatric patients in an urgent care setting. Job Responsibilities Performing procedural care (abscess drainage, laceration repair with sutures, staples, and dermal adhesive, and foreign body removal) Assessment and treatment of acute injury Assessment and treatment of acute illness; including but not limited to anaphylaxis, procedural anxiolysis, respiratory distress, croup, and asthma care Providing preliminary interpretation of x-rays with official radiology over-reads Oversight of trainees and co‑signing of APP's charts Manage a busy, fast‑paced workflow Qualifications Motivated, energetic, and passionate about pediatric healthcare and believe in our mission. Ability to critically think, multitask, and work as part of a multidisciplinary team Excellent computer skills and experience with EMR (eCW experience preferred) BC/BE in Pediatrics Urgent Care or Emergency Department experience Compensation: $190,000 - $260,000 PM Pediatric Care is an equal employment opportunity employer.
