Our organization is seeking to recruit Gastroenterologists to become part of our expanding employed physician group located in Venice and North Port, Florida . We are particularly interested in Fellowship-Trained specialists in General GI, Interventional Endoscopy, and GI Hepatology.

Established in 2020, our Gastroenterology practice has grown to include 13 Board-Certified Gastroenterologists and 15 Advanced Practice Providers , supported by a dedicated team of clinical and administrative personnel at each site.

Currently, we operate two practice locations in Sarasota and Venice. The Sarasota facility features a cutting-edge ambulatory surgery center alongside an outpatient clinic. The Venice office is situated within the Medical Office Building on the grounds of SMH-Venice hospital. We are excited to announce the upcoming launch of a $12 million Endoscopy and Digestive Health Outpatient Center in January 2028. This new facility will span 17,000 sq. ft. and will include 24 examination rooms, four procedural suites, and pre- and post-procedural areas equipped with the latest endoscopic technology.

In addition, we will be inaugurating a new 100+ bed acute-care hospital in North Port in 2028 , with the potential to expand to over 200 beds.

The extensive size and variety of each campus, coupled with significant inpatient and outpatient volumes, create opportunities for recruiting Gastroenterologists with diverse skills and interests. Our Gastroenterology Division includes an Interventional Endoscopy Section as well as a General Gastroenterology section, offering potential for academic collaboration and/or appointments with Florida State University College of Medicine.

• Current procedures performed by the group include: EGD, Colonoscopy, Diagnostic and Interventional EUS and ERCP, Balloon Enteroscopy, Endoscopic Resection, Ablation of Barrett Esophagus, Trans-oral Incisionless Fundoplication, Capsule Endoscopy, FibroScan, and High-Resolution Esophageal and Rectal Manometry.
• Opportunities for academic appointments and teaching Florida State University Medical Students and Sarasota Memorial Hospital IM and ER Residents.
• Through the Kolschowsky Research and Education Institute , we provide advanced simulation labs, hands-on training programs, medical research, and clinical studies.
