Associate Manufacturing Operator - 2nd Shift

Schedule - (2:00AM to 10:30PM, M-F) Location: Marana, AZ 85653 (Onsite) Duration: 12 Months Contract (Possibility of extension) Pay rate: $19.89/hr on W2 Candidates must be willing to work 5-10 hours of OT/ week as needed. Candidates must also be willing to work 2 Saturdays/month if production demands require it.

This is truly a second shift position - please verify candidate interest in 2nd shift work prior to submitting them to the requisition.

Job Description

Assemble products following specifications Ensure quality control during assembly Maintain production efficiency Operate tools and machinery safely Report issues to supervisors Cross train on multiple stations Runs automated systems/equipment and sequences of operation, including: equipment setup, operation, and cleaning; monitoring and performing basic troubleshooting.

Position Requirements

05 years of experience Strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication abilities -Strong attention to detail -Willing to collaborate and work in a team environment Proficiency in industry tools/software -Must be able to stand for long periods of time -Must be able to lift 50 lbs -Experience with automated manufacturing equipment in a regulated environment.

Education

-Highschool diploma or GED -Associates degree is preferred but not required
