Bilingual Spanish Recovery Agent: Collections & Resolution

WEX Inc.

WEX Inc. is seeking a Spanish-speaking collections professional to manage inbound and outbound collection calls and emails in a fast-paced environment. You will negotiate for immediate payment, resolve delinquent balances, and educate customers on terms and alternative payment methods. Role requires 1–2 years in a related field and experience with skip tracing, basic accounting, and Google Sheets.
