HIRING - Facility Maintenance Tech -Pay - $25 - $28/hr !!!!! - Apply soon !!!! 

Location: Omaha, NE

Pay: $25 - $28 per hour (Based on Experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Full-Time Position

✅ Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance repairs

✅ Respond promptly to resident service requests and maintenance work orders

✅ Prepare apartments for new residents, including unit turns and inspections

✅ Maintain community grounds, common areas, and building systems

✅ Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently

✅ Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance needs

✅ Track and update completed work orders using maintenance software

✔ Previous experience in apartment, property, facility, or building maintenance

✔ Strong troubleshooting and repair skills

✔ HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry experience required

✔ Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

✔ Excellent customer service and communication skills

✔ Must have your own basic hand tools

✔ Flexibility to participate in an on-call schedule

Multifamily or apartment maintenance experience

Knowledge of boiler and chiller systems

Experience with property management software

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
