St. Jude Heritage Medical Group is seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join their esteemed clinic located in Fullerton, California. Position Details Full-time position Monday to Friday schedule, 4.5-day work week On-site Radiology Access to a comprehensive network of specialists Collaborative team with experienced Physicians Support from Advanced APPs and RNs Team-Based Care: Work alongside a stable team of experienced Family Medicine Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers, Pharmacists and Behavioral Health Specialists dedicated to providing exceptional care. Compensation & Benefits Compensation is between $250,000 and $367,909 per year Guaranteed salary for 2 years Quality and performance bonus Eligible to become a Shareholder after 2 years with added Shareholder benefits Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available Excellent benefits package offered including Medical, Disability, Retirement, etc. CME reimbursement Paid license renewals Malpractice insurance including tail Epic EHR & AI-powered documentation Position eligible for public student Laon forgiveness (PSLF) The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
