What You'll Do

* Identify prospective healthcare candidates using our unique platform and your personal network

* Reach out to potential candidates to introduce MLR's exciting opportunities and assess their interest

* Facilitate appointments for candidates with our recruiters for in-depth evaluations

* Provide timely follow-ups with leads to nurture interest and assist them throughout the hiring journey

* Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system

* Earn commissions based on the meetings you set, interviews arranged, and successful placements from your leads.

How You'll Be Compensated

This role is a performance-oriented, commission-only position which means that your earning potential has no limit and your success knows no bounds.
