We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive nursing care in a dynamic healthcare setting. Responsibilities Include Developing and implementing individualized care plans based on patient assessments. Monitoring patient conditions, documenting care, and communicating with healthcare team members. Providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and families. Educating patients and families on health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques. Ensuring a safe, clean, and compliant environment by adhering to infection control, medication, and safety protocols. Maintaining accurate documentation and managing patient care equipment and supplies. Collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Qualifications And Skills Active RN license in the practice state. Effective communication, critical thinking, and attention to detail. Ability to perform essential functions with visual acuity and hearing. Preferred 1-3 years of clinical experience.
