Sales Representative / Door to Door Solar Sales

This is a full-time, door-to-door (D2D) field sales position with ESP Solar, a residential solar installer that has powered over 30,000 homes since 2015 across California and Texas.
The required work location is in person twice a week is in Concord, CA 94520.
Compensation Structure:
This is a commission-only sales position. The stated annual pay is performance-based, with a wide range of $75,000.00 to $350,000.00 per year.
Candidate Profile & Requirements:
No prior sales experience is required.
The company is seeking individuals who are:
- Driven primarily by professional growth and income potential.
- Highly competitive, coachable, and strongly goal-oriented.
- Comfortable and effective at talking to new people.
- Completely comfortable operating in a commission-only pay environment.
Core Responsibilities:
The primary focus is direct, in-person customer engagement:
- You will work in a door-to-door sales environment, speaking directly with homeowners about ESP Solar’s services and solar solutions.
- Key duties include generating initial interest, qualifying potential customers, and either setting firm appointments or closing sales deals on the spot.
- You are responsible for tracking your leads and attending required team trainings and meetings.
Training & Support:
The company provides extensive resources for success:
- You will receive ongoing training and mentorship from industry leaders who have over 100 years of combined experience.
- Training covers essential sales fundamentals, proven door-to-door scripts, effective objection handling, and leadership development.
