Job Description

Join our dynamic team in a 25-bed Neuro/Ortho unit, providing exceptional care to patients with neurological and orthopedic conditions. You will play a critical role in managing complex patient needs while working alongside a dedicated staff of over 40 healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Manage chest tubes, non-titrated Cardizem, and Amiodarone drips, as well as weight-based heparin drips.
• Provide essential nursing care in a fast-paced unit with a patient ratio of 6:1.
• Utilize Baxter IV Pumps, KCI wound vacs, and SCD pumps for patient treatments.
• Ensure accurate documentation using Meditech EMR system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN Licensure.
• BLS and ACLS certification are mandatory.
• Preferred: Experience with telemetry and Meditech EMR.
