Phillips 66 & YOU – Together we can fuel the future What To Expect The Production Associate (B‑Shift Quart Line Labeler) will operate all packaging equipment to manufacture high quality finished lubricant products in a safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible manner. Some of the processes involve hazardous and volatile materials under high temperature and pressure. Typical working conditions include outside weather elements, blowing air, heat, noise, vibration, and occasional work from heights and confined spaces. Operators must follow safe work practices and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. What You’ll Do Demonstrate competency to accurately and safely operate all production equipment. Be willing and able to work off‑shift when operations require. Manufacture product according to scheduling requirements and customer needs. Read, understand, and follow documentation necessary to assemble various types of packaged products. Operate, adjust, and monitor the production process to achieve optimal efficiency. Adapt to changes in schedule due to customer needs, breakdowns, and business needs. Accurately account for all finished product produced and raw materials consumed. Accurately and safely operate all production equipment. File a variety of containers from 32 oz. to 330‑gallon containers. Physically and visually inspect raw materials, such as containers, and alert personnel regarding defects. Work independently without constant supervision. Perform all quality checks to ensure finished product is manufactured as specified. Take ownership of all production activities and communicate variances or concerns to management and scheduling. Assure compliance with all Company policies and Health Safety Environmental Quality (HSEQ) procedures and training requirements. Prioritize and organize required job activities and complete them on a timely basis. Maintain proper housekeeping to ensure a safe and environmentally sound work area. Be physically able to perform assigned tasks. Be a team player focusing on contributing to the organization and communicating with others. Production Associates are required to work the following shift schedules on an as‑needed basis. Typically, new employees will work A shift during training and are then assigned A, B, or C shift as needed. Shift change notifications typically occur 7 days prior to the change; notice may be less than 7 days depending on business needs. A shift 7:00 am – 3:30 pm Monday‑Friday B Shift 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm Monday‑Friday C Shift 11:00 pm – 7:30 am Sunday night – Thursday night What You’ll Bring – Required Legally authorized to work in the job posting country. High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Beginner level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Must be willing and able, with or without a reasonable accommodation, to perform all duties, including: Lifting, raising, and transporting up to 50 pounds. Climbing ladders up to 50 feet. Working at various levels above ground. Bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, pushing, and pulling as required. Working in confined spaces. Working overtime and/or off‑shift as business needs require. Operating a forklift. Wearing personal protective equipment such as hard hat, steel‑toe shoes, ear, and eye protection. What Makes You Stand Out – Preferred 1 or more years of experience in manufacturing. Ability to work independently without constant supervision. Current or anticipated possession of a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card before or during employment. Union representation acknowledgement. No relocation assistance available for this position. Compensation This position has a base hourly pay of $29.52. Future pay increases will be based on the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Benefits Annual Variable Cash Incentive Program (VCIP) bonus. 8% 401k company match.
