We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead the operations of a new quick-service restaurant (QSR) location in Perry, Georgia. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on restaurant leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in team development, restaurant operations, financial performance, and guest service .

The ideal candidate will have a strong ownership mentality and the ability to build a high-performing team while maintaining operational excellence, food quality, safety, and customer service standards. This leader will play a key role in the opening, development, and continued growth of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations
• Lead the opening and successful launch of the new location
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members and management staff
• Build a strong culture of accountability, teamwork, and hospitality
• Manage labor costs, food costs, COGS, inventory, and overall profitability
• Monitor and analyze restaurant performance and implement action plans
• Drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency
• Manage scheduling and staffing to ensure appropriate coverage
• Maintain high standards for food quality, guest service, cleanliness, and restaurant presentation
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards
• Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost controls
• Hold the team accountable for performance and operational goals
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and guest satisfaction
• Support ongoing operational growth and future expansion

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience required
• 2+ years of General Manager experience in a QSR, fast-food, or high-volume restaurant environment preferred
• Proven experience leading and developing restaurant teams
• Strong understanding of:

  • P&L statements
  • Inventory management and controls
  • Scheduling and staffing efficiencies
  • Sales and operational performance
• ServSafe Certification required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Must be willing to travel for training and company-related needs
• Open availability required , including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on management style with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
