What You’ll Do
- Communicate with clients through phone and Zoom appointments
- Build strong client relationships through exceptional customer service
- Educate clients on available benefits and coverage options
- Assist with enrollment and onboarding processes
- Participate in ongoing training and leadership development opportunities
- Contribute to a positive, growth-oriented remote team culture
