Maintain bar cleanliness, manage inventory, handle cash transactions, and ensure compliance with hotel and legal standards. **What you’ll be doing****Qualifications*** Minimum 21 years old* 2+ years of experience as a bartender or barback* Food Handling Certificate* TIPS certification* Proficient in English (spoken and written)* Strong math, organization, and multitasking skills* Able to lift to 25 lbs. or more and stand for 8–10 hours* Experience with POS and basic computer systems**Expected Hours of Work*** Flexibility to work variable days, including weekends and holidays, is required.* Flexibility to work variable shifts (days, nights,) is essential.**Key Responsibilities*** Greet guests, take orders, and serve drinks and food using upselling techniques* Prepare beverages per recipe, including cocktails, coffee drinks, and wine service* Manage bar setup, cleanliness, restocking, and closing duties* Maintain inventory levels, track usage, place orders, and monitor waste* Ensure compliance with liquor laws, health regulations, and safety standards* Operate POS system, handle payments, and perform accurate cash handling duties* Provide guest information about menu items and hotel services* Handle guest complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction* Assist with private events, and other service areas as needed* **Full Job Description will be given at interview****Note:**A review of this description has excluded the marginal functions of the position that are incidental to the performance of fundamental job duties.
