Payroll Tax Specialist

Somatus is seeking a Payroll and Tax Manager in a hybrid role at our McLean, VA office. You will oversee end-to-end bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff, review work by the Sr. Payroll Administrator, and ensure accurate data, timely filings, and regulatory compliance. The role requires hands-on leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to drive process improvements within a small payroll team.
