Private Duty Nurse

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care in home settings, ensuring high-quality patient care aligned with physician plans and regulations. Key Responsibilities Include Delivering, documenting, and coordinating patient care based on assessments and physician instructions. Monitoring patient conditions, reporting changes, and implementing appropriate interventions to reduce risks. Developing and updating nursing care plans, educating patients and families on disease management and self-care. Maintaining compliance with policies, regulations, and infection control standards. Participating in ongoing education to enhance nursing skills and knowledge. Qualifications And Skills Active, unencumbered RN license in the practicing state. Current CPR certification and TB test within the past year. Preferred six months of clinical nursing experience; home health experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail, time management, organization, and communication skills. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, travel, and respond to emergency situations. Additional Requirements Reliable transportation, ability to work in diverse environments, and adherence to health and safety protocols. Position may involve exposure to blood, bodily fluids, and infectious diseases.
