As a Behavior Technician , you will work one-on-one with clients implementing treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) . Our team focuses on assent-based, compassionate ABA therapy that helps children build communication, social, and daily living skills. Services are provided in homes, schools, and community settings. This role is ideal for individuals interested in careers in: Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Psychology Education Social Work Behavioral Health Special Education Qualifications Must hold a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the BehaviorAnalyst CertificationBoard. Highschooldiploma (bachelor’sdegreeinarelatedfieldpreferred). One year minimum of working with individuals with autism, developmental delays, or behavioralchallenges. Experiencewithonlinedatacollectionprogramspreferred. Efficientwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills. Strongattentionto detail,problemsolving,andcriticalthinkingskills. Familiaritywithrelevantlaws, regulations,andethicalguidelines inthefieldofABA. Mustsubmittoafederalandstatebackgroundcheck. Abilityto sitonthe floor, kneel, crawl, squat, run, orstandforextendedperiodsof time. Abilityto push, pull, lift, move, andcarryupto35lbs.
