Research Technician Assistant

Job Summary The work will involve a theoretical analysis of superconducting thin films, with a focus on interpreting magnetic fluctuations which exist in the structure. This will require applications of advanced theoretical frameworks which have been developed to model the behavior of these materials. The analysis will be performed, with the outcomes reported and a summary written. Given success, the expectation will be to formalize results into a components of a scientific manuscript. The work will be performed in collaboration with graduate students who will provide experimental data to be input into the theoretical model. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training.
