The Civil Site Work Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate, detailed cost estimates for a wide range of civil construction projects, including site development, earthwork, utilities, roadways, and infrastructure. This role analyzes project plans, specifications, and data to develop competitive bids and support project planning. The ideal candidate brings strong technical knowledge of civil construction methods, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
