Opportunity to earn MORE based on center size, mentorship of RBT’s and supervision of assigned trainees. Monthly Performance Bonuses: Bonuses are uncapped, meaning you’ll be rewarded for your impact without waiting months to qualify. Your Role Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services. Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health. Provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet individual needs. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care. Foster a culture of teamwork, self‑improvement, and professional development within the center.
