Pickles Plumbing, Electrical & HVAC is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team! We are a family-owned and operated company that believes in taking care of our employees while providing exceptional service to our customers. If you're a motivated technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and outstanding customer service, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
- Perform routine maintenance and system inspections.
- Troubleshoot heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.
- Clearly explain repair options and recommendations to customers.
- Install HVAC components and accessories as needed.
- Complete work orders accurately using company software.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle.
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every job.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of residential HVAC service experience preferred.
- EPA Certification required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have your own basic hand tools.
