This is a 12-hour mid shift position (15:00 - 03:00) with every other weekend required.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled ICU Registered Nurse with a strong background in cardiac and neuro care. The candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, managing critical cases, and supporting multidisciplinary teams. This position requires floating between units as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure.
• Provide care for ventilated patients and administer continuous IV sedation.
• Perform arterial line management and central line care.
• Interpret dysrhythmias and arterial blood gases (ABGs).
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, and pharmacy.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2-3 years of ICU experience required.
• Experience in cardiac, neuro, general surgery, and trauma care.
• Current RN license in the state of practice is required.
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications are mandatory.
