Your impact

• Blend and stage ingredients to exact specifications for multiple product lines.
• Operate, clean, and perform basic care on mixers, ovens, and packaging equipment.
• Verify time/temperature profiles to ensure optimal bake and texture.
• Pack, label, and prepare finished goods for distribution.
• Maintain rigorous hygiene and organization in accordance with food safety standards.
• Partner with teammates to meet production targets and daily deadlines.
• Participate in training sessions to expand your knowledge and speed.

Are we a match?

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in bakery or food production is a plus.
• Comfortable in a high-energy setting and adept at multitasking.
• Detail-driven with a passion for quality work.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended shifts.
• Strong communicator and dependable team player.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
