Senior Paralegal

Job DescriptionProvides substantive and administrative support to in-house litigation counsel in managing a multistate litigation and pre-litigation portfolio. Responsibilities include matter management, drafting and reviewing legal documents, coordinating discovery and legal holds, responding to subpoenas, maintaining deadlines and case records, supporting depositions and trials, and communicating with outside counsel, business partners, courts, and vendors.
