Commercial Electrician – Direct Hire Opportunity

Premier Trade Services is currently recruiting experienced Commercial Electricians for a DIRECT-HIRE opportunity with Allison-Smith Company in the Atlanta, Georgia area.

This is a local, long-term career opportunity for electricians looking to join a well-established electrical contractor. Qualified candidates will be scheduled for an interview with Allison-Smith for consideration for direct employment.

Data center experience is a PLUS!

Job Responsibilities

• Install, bend, cut, thread and run electrical conduit, including 1/2", 3/4", 1" and larger conduit
• Perform offsets, 3-point and 4-point saddles, kicks, 90s and other conduit bends
• Install and work with EMT and rigid conduit
• Pull electrical wire and cable through conduit
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints and drawings
• Assist with and perform electrical panel terminations
• Install fixtures, receptacles, switches and other electrical devices
• Operate scissor lifts and other jobsite equipment as required
• Perform rigid conduit cuts and installations
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Follow all jobsite safety procedures
• Complete additional electrical duties as assigned

Candidate Requirements

• 4–6+ years of recent commercial or industrial electrical experience
• Strong conduit-bending experience
• Ability to read blueprints
• Experience working independently and as part of a team
• Dependable and committed to completing projects
• Scissor lift experience/certification preferred
• Data center electrical experience is highly preferred
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and complete Form I-9 employment verification
