Bilingual Hospital-Based Patient Advocate

Elevate Patient Financial Solutions is hiring a Hospital Based Bilingual Patient Advocate to work 100% onsite at a Wilmington, NC hospital on a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule. You will connect uninsured patients to Medicaid and other programs and guide them through applications face-to-face. As the liaison between patients, hospital staff and government agencies, you’ll document cases in the MPower system, provide compassionate bilingual support in English and Spanish, and strive to meet #J-18808-Ljbffr
