Role Description This full-time on-site Business Analyst role is based in Columbia, SC. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather and document requirements, and translate them into clear, actionable solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing existing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting the design and implementation of new workflows and systems. The role involves preparing reports and dashboards, facilitating meetings, and ensuring that business and technical teams remain aligned throughout project lifecycles. The Business Analyst will also contribute to testing and validation activities and provide support during rollouts and change management initiatives. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision‑making. Candidates should possess Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to gather, document, and prioritize functional and non‑functional requirements. Candidates should possess Business Process skills to map workflows, assess efficiency, and recommend process improvements. Candidates should possess Communication skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams, facilitate discussions, and present findings clearly. Experience working in healthcare, telehealth, or related industries is beneficial. Proficiency with business analysis tools, reporting or BI software, and basic project management practices is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
