Restoration Project Manager

Restoration Project Manager As the Restoration Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and lead crews to operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Accurate scoping of work and preparing estimates using proprietary software. Negotiating customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate. Scheduling, coordinating and overseeing crews and resources, including subcontractors, to service active projects. Reviewing job site documentation to ensure proper client requirements and billing process. Maintaining written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives. Managing production expenses, including equipment, vehicles, and other material assets. Additional Responsibilities Managing the customer and client experience and overall satisfaction tracked with online reviews. Providing priority response to potential customers. Participating in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates. Position Requirements Valid driver’s license. High school diploma or GED; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred. At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience. At least 3 years of industry experience. IICRC certification preferred. Skills / Physical Demands / Competencies Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance. Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics). Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects. Ability to work with/around cleaning agents. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
