Now Hiring: Material Handler

Location: Loudon, TN (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $18.50/hour
Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts, 6 AM–6 PM or 6 PM–6 AM, including every other weekend

Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable Material Handler to support warehouse and manufacturing operations in Loudon, TN. This role involves loading and unloading trucks, moving materials, handling paper rolls, and assisting with daily production activities.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks and transport materials between the warehouse and manufacturing areas.
• Operate box/bale clamp lift trucks and pole trucks to move paper rolls.
• Use overhead cranes to load and unload paper rolls onto and off production machines.
• Assist production teams with housekeeping and maintaining clean, organized work areas.
• Lift, push, or pull materials weighing over 50 pounds as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures when operating equipment and handling materials.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous forklift or mobile equipment experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting heavy materials.
• Willingness to work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts, including every other weekend.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to workplace safety.

Schedule Details

• 12-hour shifts: 6 AM–6 PM or 6 PM–6 AM.
• Rotating day and night shifts.
• Every other weekend required.
• Employees must follow the assigned schedule and any changes communicated by the team coordinator.
