The compensation range is $21 to $28 per hour, commensurate with experience and skill set, plus quarterly bonus potential. Employee Assistance Program Fun team building company outings Continuing Employee Education and Development Opportunity to Advance in your Career Qualifications and Responsibilities A minimum of three years of maintenance experience in a fast-paced residential community is required. Availability to work Saturdays is required. The work schedule for this position is Tuesday through Saturday. Experience in painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical systems is required. Complete unit turns and work orders in a timely manner and up to company expectations. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex issues. Demonstrate a proactive approach, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail. Walk the property daily to ensure cleanliness and address maintenance issues. Perform janitorial duties as assigned and maintain common areas. Flexibility to work overtime and assist at our other residential communities when needed. Availability to respond to after-hours emergency calls 24/7, including weekends and holidays, is required. Any other tasks as directed by the Property Manager and Service Manager.
